It was also only $2.00 less expensive than Carson's - not a comparison at all. The portions were small, there was not a lot of meat on the ribs and there was none left to take home. I recently had a burnt ends and partial rack combo at Real Urban BBQ in Vernon Hills and it did not hold a candle to Carson's. The portions are very large - expect to take some home. There is a lot of meat on the bone - the meat is not thin or skimpy. Carson's are simply the best I have ever had.
